The SAU Board has selected two finalists and would like to invite the public to “Meet the Candidates” on Thursday, November 15th at 6:00 pm at the David R. Cawley Middle School.
Mr. William Rearick is currently serving as an educational consultant to the Tiverton, RI school district where he recently retired after 15 years as their Superintendent. Before becoming a Superintendent, Mr. Rearick was a high school principal, an assistant principal and a social studies teacher at both the middle and high school levels. He started his teaching career in Derry, NH. Mr. Rearick earned his bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Rhode Island, a Masters of Education in Secondary Administration from Rhode Island College and his C.A.G.S. in Education Leadership from Bridgewater State University.
Dr. Patricia Lally is the current Superintendent in Croyden, NH, and a former Superintendent for the Holbrook School District in Massachusetts. Her experiences also include Assistant Superintendent, High School Principal and Assistant Principal in Tewksbury, MA, as well as a former teacher of foreign language, English and social studies. Dr. Lally earned her bachelor’s degree in French from Emmanuel College, a Masters of Education in Reading from Tufts University, a Masters of Arts in Special Education from Regis College and her Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Capella University.
