New Hampshire law dictates that any student between the ages of 6 and 16 by virtue of his/her parent(s), require children to attend some kind of formal schooling, in either a public, private, religious institution or home school setting.
Any parent(s) / legal guardian(s) planning on establishing a home school program must provide a letter to the appropriate school district containing the following information:
- Child(ren)(s) Full Legal Name
- Date Of Birth
- Home Address
- Parent(s) Names
- Daytime Telephone Number
- Date Homeschooling Education Program Will Begin
